Bank and Credit Card Account Lists
These forms were designed to allow a user to easily view bank and credit card accounts grouped together showing account balances. Associated with each account is a ledger that shows all activity within that account. From this screen the user can access the Account Information or the Register screen to find detailed information about the selected account.

Bank Reconciliation
The very detailed Bank Reconciliation form was created to display account information allowing the user to easily reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.

Feature Set and Functionality

  • Quickly view bank balances or a detailed account register. This is extremely timesaving for management.
  • Ability to quickly search for specific items in a bank account.
  • Quick check writer for writing checks that don't apply to vendor invoices. The payee can be selected from a list that contains all contacts, employees, vendors and customers or the user can simply type in a name without permanently setting it up.
  • Forms for entering miscellaneous withdrawals and deposits eliminating need for a Journal Entry.
  • Credit Card management and reconciliation with quick view of balances and register.
  • Bank Reconciliation with fields for easy entry of miscellaneous bank charges.
  • Ability to setup and process recurring bank charges.
  • Ability to batch-post all banking transactions.
  • Reports available for all types of banking functions.
