Overview
Currency Exchange Rate CPAccess Financials has the ability to select international currencies, which pulls exchange rate information directly from the Currency Exchange Rate form. The user can establish multiple foreign currencies, track exchange rate history and establish the currency's appropriate symbol.

Exchange Rate History In addition to viewing the current exchange rate, the user can select the desired currency and view the exchange rate history.

When using a customer or vendor with a foreign currency established the "Total" fields will change to a green color to help identify that the amounts are to be converted using the selected currency's exchange rate.

Feature Set and Functionality
- The user can establish multiple foreign currencies and assign a symbol to that currency.
- The user has the ability to track the exchange rate history, allowing the user to see how a particular currency is affecting sales or expenses.
- When using a customer or vendor with an established foreign exchange rate, the Total column will change to a green color to help identify those forms that are in a foreign currency.
- The user has the ability to establish Actual, Buy and Sell rates. The Buy and Sell rate are used on the Accounts Payable and Account Receivable forms respectively. This allows the user to establish different currency rates depending on if they are buying or selling services/products.
