Overview
Service Order Entry
The Sales Order Entry Screen has been enabled with a toggle that allows five different views of the line items. Each of these views has a unique set of functionality attached to it. This functionality allows inventory items, trip charges, miscellaneous items, service charges and labor to be added to the order. The "Man Hours Required Rate" field in the header line allows for an hourly rate to be unique for each service order. The "MHR" field in the line items allows labor to be added to each line item even if it contains an item from inventory. The Totals Column at the bottom of the order reflects the total "MHR" charges.
