The CPACCESS Financials National Training Programs are offered to provide both the first time user and the experienced user with the training and support they may require to use CPACCESS Financials to its fullest extent. The first time user may select options that will "walk" them through the installation of the software from beginning to end and explain all of the configuration and set up options along the way. The experienced user may select among options that will provide them with the benefit of speaking directly to a training consultant, software support specialist or a software developer that may answer their specific questions regarding their software and their company. Either way you will receive the benefit of working with people who have extensive experience with CPACCESS Financials Software and are dedicated to providing you the best training and support available.
One-on-One™ This program provides a training consultant in person directly to your location. One of our specialists will travel to your location and work directly with your staff to implement, configure and train your personnel on CPACCESS Financials. This program provides the exceptional benefit that you determine what material is covered and for how long. You set the agenda and our training consultant provides the "know how" for one-on-one training or in a group setting. Cost: $1,695 per training day plus expenses. National Training Classes This three day class covers all aspects of setting up and operating your CPACCESS Financials. On Day One we cover the sections entitled Basic Setup, Getting Started, Data Flow, General Ledger and Accounts Payable. In Day Two we spend four hours covering the Inventory Control module and then move onto the Purchase Order and Order Entry modules. Day Three Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Job Cost modules. These classes are offered in our training facilities in Los Angeles. Cost: $1,295 per person. FASTAccEss™ This program, sold with an original software purchase, is designed to provide the end user with an accelerated method of installing and implementing your new CPACCESS Financials Software. Starting with the Program Overview™ we layout a 30 day schedule in step by step detail as to what needs to be done to have your CPACCESS Financials Software fully installed, implemented, configured and your staff trained in 30 days! Perfect for the company that needs to be up and running in a hurry. Integrated into the FASTAccEss™ Program is twenty-five hours of telephone support and training with one of our training specialists. The program details pre-determined blocks of time on an appointment basis where our staff works with yours in providing guidance and training on each application. Microsoft NetMeeting™ is the medium through which we set up an internet connection to your company and provides your staff and ours with a "virtual" consulting environment. Cost: $3,187 Support Plus™ This plan supplements or extends the original Technical Support Contract that came with your software. Its designed to provide ongoing telephone support for any purpose including installation, implementation, data conversion, training, programming and technical support.
Support Plus™ is the solution! These prepaid plans come in various blocks of time to provide you with the flexibility to select the plan that works best for you.
